TERMS: First order MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX or DISCOVER. Products are sold for resale at retail only and may not be redistributed at wholesale. Buyer’s shipping address is the sole site authorized for retail sale. Any other location must be pre-approved in order to protect existing customers. Order subject to approval. Duo Threads reserves the right to cancel all backorders less than 100.
MAP POLICY: All online retailers are required to review and agree to Duo Thread’s MAP Policy, Duo Threads requires that any lower price than MAP shall not appear on website(s), social media or to be communicated electronically unless approved in writing by Duo Threads. Any violation of the MAP Policy will result in suspension of orders and shipments of Duo Threads product. Orders will be terminated and shipments cancelled upon repeat violation.
THIRD PARTY RESALE POLICY: Selling on 3rd party resale websites such as Amazon, Ebay, etc. is prohibited.
CLAIMS: Claims must be made within five days upon receipt of shipment. Please inspect goods upon receipt. Claims are not accepted after five days.
